There’s a “Grand Rounds” tradition in the medical blogosphere: every week a health related blogger picks a topic and asks other bloggers to write about it, or submit a post they wrote in the past. The host writes a blog post about the topic, and links to everyone else’s posts.
For instance, here’s the current week’s Grand Rounds, on International Health, and last week’s, on What Gives Your Work Meaning?
I’m the host for next Tuesday’s Grand Rounds, and the topic is … TEDx Maastricht, where I spoke last month. Why? Because there are a ton of videos of those speeches, well worth watching.
So, unlike many Grand Rounds, this time I’m not soliciting posts from others – unless you have one about that event.
We’ll go live on Tuesday, May 10, which is the day FutureMed 2011 starts in Silicon Valley – the extremely cool event co-hosted by TEDxMaastricht speaker Daniel Kraft. I’m on faculty there, as is TEDxMaastricht curator Lucien Engelen.
